Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within India. Additional charges may apply for international shipping. It will depend on the destination and size/weight of the product.

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What is your warranty, return, and/or cancellation policy?

We always aim for customer satisfaction and manufacture products with utmost care hence we stand behind the quality of our furniture. We offer a limited 12-month warranty on all our products that are under normal use and in accordance with the maintenance guide. All the products are made to order and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. The customer may terminate his/her purchase within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
